Siesta Key real estate is inseparable from Siesta Beach — the powder-white quartz sand routinely ranked the #1 beach in America. Whether the listing is a Gulf-front condo on Midnight Pass Road, a canal home with dock access off the Grand Canal, or a cottage in Siesta Village, the buyer is buying proximity to that sand, and the photography has to prove it. Aerial frames that place the property relative to the beach and the turquoise Gulf are the most valuable images on the key.
