Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking services with HD Media House, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

HD Media House provides real estate photography, videography, drone, 3D tour, and related media services. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Many of our services offer a pay-at-close option; otherwise, payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

You are responsible for ensuring the property is ready and accessible at the scheduled shoot time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled shoot. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Licensing & Usage

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific listing. HD Media House retains copyright ownership of all media and may use it for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

HD Media House is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
