HD Media House was founded by Edvard Yelfimov with a bold vision: to become the foremost real estate media company in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, we've expanded to serve both the Seattle and Sarasota markets, helping brokers at every level create listings that demand attention.

Edvard Yelfimov founded HD Media House and still runs it. Today the company serves two markets, Greater Seattle and Greater Sarasota, and more than 1,100 listing agents have booked paid shoots with us.
